Workshops
Do I need any experience to join a workshop?
No! All our workshops are designed for beginners. Most participants have never tried the craft before. Our instructors adapt the pace to the group.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a bit messy. Aprons are provided. All materials and tools are included in the workshop price.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop. Within 7 days, we can reschedule you to another date at no extra cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any workshop. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or "just because". Contact us to purchase.

How much is shipping?
Canada shipping is free on orders over $40. Under $40, standard delivery is $5.99. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Canada orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 working days depending on destination.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Our main studio is in Toronto. We also run workshops in Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, and online via Zoom.
